September 16, 2003 Online debate: Putting trust on the top of the corporate agenda
I'll be co-hosting an online debate at Knowledgeboard, the European Union Knowledge Management website. This will be at 3pm British Summer Time (2pm GMT) on Friday 26 September.
Among the guests will be Alex MacGillivray, author of the New Economics Foundation's thought-provoking paper What's Trust Worth? This is a briefing on why it's good business to be trusted... This briefing argues that trust is an important asset for business. Trust is much talked about but little understood. In fact, most of the debate about trust hardly mentions business, so obsessed are we with the state of public services.
