On 7 January, the cartel -all international airlines headquartered in America- ended free drinks to customers in economy class on transcontinental flights. A small issue on the scale of things but I bet 90% of customers on 8 hour flights didnt want this. So please dont insult the public by ever again spending money on advertising that promises you try and make life better for customers. permalink
